What To Expect: The Hiring Process
- Apply
Update your resume and apply. Don't forget to include all of your CFPUA job experience!

- Application Received
Received applications will be pre-screened within 24 hours. Applications that meet the minimum requirements listed on the job description will pass pre-screening.
Are you wondering where you are in the process? Check the status of your submitted applications in the portal, sign in HERE.
- Application Review
Applications that pass the pre-screening process will be sent to the hiring department for further review.
The hiring department will select the best qualified candidates and reach out to schedule interviews. Depending on the position, multiple rounds of interviews may be necessary.
- Interview
CFPUA participates in behavioral-based interviewing. If you are selected for an interview, come prepared to speak on your experience and why you feel you would be the right candidate for the job.
